A brand-new pest company that looks like it's been the local favorite for a decade.
Founded in 2025 by a pest industry veteran. We built the social presence, the Google listing, and a website with a page for every city on the route, then kept it fed with content shot on real jobs.
The founder had a decade of pest control experience and a company that was a few months old. No content library, no site, a Google listing that needed everything, and a sales team that needed the brand to look established before the first door got knocked.
The approach.
- 01
Shot the brand into existence
Studio sessions for the team and trucks, then ride-along days on real routes. Techs treating homes, the gross stuff people love to watch, customer moments. That library feeds Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok every week.
- 02
Built a site for every city on the route
133 pages: a homepage, 99 city pages across the Wasatch Front, 8 service pages, and 22 long-tail pest pages. Static, fast, hosted on Cloudflare, and structured to rank in every suburb the trucks drive through.
- 03
Made the Google listing the front door
Categories, services, weekly posts with real photos, review responses, and Q&A. As the reviews climbed, the listing was ready to convert them.
- 04
Kept the season alive with promos
Paid Meta promotions and a giveaway campaign built around real footage, timed for when door-to-door slows down.
- 05
Recruiting content for the sales team
A separate content lane that shows what it's like to work there, so the company attracts reps as well as customers.
What it produced.
The reviews belong to Green Gator's techs and customers. Our job was making sure the listing, the site, and the feed were ready to turn that reputation into calls.
Shot for this client.
