We cloned one client's voice. Then the content made them $500,000.
A Gilbert paver sealing company with great work and no marketing. We built the whole engine: content shot on real jobs, always-on Meta and Google ads, a Google listing that ranks, and a website built from scratch.
Pro Seal AZ does some of the cleanest paver sealing work in the Valley, and almost nobody could tell. The feed was quiet, the ads ran on whatever photo was handy, and the website was a template. The owner talks like a real person, and none of the marketing sounded like him.
The approach.
- 01
Studied the owner's voice, then cloned it
We studied how the owner actually talks to customers and built a voice model from it. Hundreds of pieces of content came out of that engine, and every one of them still sounds exactly like him.
- 02
Filmed real jobs, every month
At least three jobs a month filmed in person. Real crews on real driveways and garage floors. Before-and-afters shot from matched angles, time-lapses of the seal going down, and the crew being themselves.
- 03
Put it behind always-on ads
Meta campaigns fed by the job footage, tested in small batches and scaled when they won. Google Search campaigns for the buyer typing 'paver sealing near me'. All of it reported on leads and booked jobs.
- 04
Rebuilt the website and the listing
A custom site with service pages, city pages across the Phoenix Valley, and a quote form wired to the CRM. A Google Business Profile with every service filled in and weekly posts.
- 05
Launched the epoxy line
When the company added epoxy garage floors, we built the campaign, the photo library, and the landing page so the new service had a running start.
What it produced.
